The Landing at Hickory Ridge is a clean and quiet mobile home park community located 1.7 miles west of Loop 256, North side of FM 320 in Palestine, Texas. Our residents enjoy the tall, shady trees and comfortable living that our community provides. We pride ourselves on providing a clean and safe place to call home.

Experience comfortable living in our well-maintained mobile home park. We offer a friendly neighborhood atmosphere and convenient access to local amenities. We also allow newer RVs if you want to bring one to our community.

Palestine, TX is known for its historic charm, natural beauty, and railroad heritage. It's a major hub for the Texas State Railroad, features the annual dogwood bloom in Davey Dogwood Park, and has a large number of historic sites. The city is also a local economic hub for logistics, distribution, and healthcare, and is home to famous bakeries like Eilenberger's Bakery.
